NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions are legally binding. By completing your ticket purchase for Business Church Live 2027, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

About the Event
Business Church Live 2027 is an in-person event hosted by Angelica Pompy Education ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), taking place on March 4, 2027 in Jacksonville, FL. The theme is Become Her. By purchasing a ticket, you ("attendee," "you," or "your") agree to the terms outlined below.

Ticket Options
Business Church Live 2027 offers General Admission and VIP ticket options. General Admission includes access to the main event on March 4, 2027. VIP includes access to the main event plus an exclusive VIP day experience the day after, which includes an intimate workshop, hot seat coaching, and professional headshots. Ticket pricing is subject to change throughout the sales period. All prices are in USD.

Payment
All ticket sales are processed through ThriveCart using Stripe or PayPal. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full ticket amount at the price listed at the time of purchase.
Chargebacks: You agree to contact us at hello@angelicapompy.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, your ticket will be voided and access to the event will be revoked.

No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, or changes in personal circumstances. We strongly encourage you to review your calendar and travel plans before completing your purchase.

Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual at no additional cost. To transfer your ticket, please notify us in writing at hello@angelicapompy.com with the name and contact information of the new attendee. We are not responsible for any private arrangements made between the original purchaser and the transferee.

Event Changes and Cancellation
Angelica Pompy Education reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, venue, or programming at any time. In the unlikely event that Business Church Live 2027 is canceled due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, venue issues, or other force majeure events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. Refunds will not be issued in the event of a cancellation or postponement, but ticket holders will be offered credit toward a future event.

Conduct and Community Standards
Business Church Live is a space built on energy, respect, and real community. By attending, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful toward all attendees, speakers, staff, and vendors. Angelica Pompy Education reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund for behavior that is disruptive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

Photography, Video, and Media Release
By attending Business Church Live 2027, you acknowledge that the event may be photographed and/or recorded. You grant Angelica Pompy Education a non-revocable license to use any photos, videos, or recordings in which you appear for marketing, promotional, and business purposes without additional compensation or notification.
If you do not wish to appear in any photos or video, it is your responsibility to notify our team in writing at hello@angelicapompy.com prior to the event.

Intellectual Property
All content, presentations, materials, and resources shared at Business Church Live 2027 are the intellectual property of Angelica Pompy Education or the respective guest speaker or expert. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any event content without prior written permission. Personal notes taken for your own individual business use are permitted.

Liability and Assumption of Risk
By purchasing a ticket and attending Business Church Live 2027, you assume all risk associated with your attendance, including travel, accommodations, and participation in event activities. Angelica Pompy Education and its affiliates, team members, and contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at the event, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, travel disruptions, or any other losses.
You are solely responsible for making your own travel and accommodation arrangements. We are not responsible for any costs incurred related to travel or lodging.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your attendance at Business Church Live 2027 shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
